Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The Minot Polar Plunge for Special Olympics will be held on Sunday, March 18th, in the rear parking lot of the Sleep Inn, 2400 10th St SW, in Minot. Plunger registration - 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Plunge begins at 12:30 PM with an awards ceremony to follow the plunge.

What is the Polar Plunge? Plungers collect pledges in exchange for jumping into icy waters in winter (in this case "dumpster diving"). It is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support Special Olympics North Dakota. All proceeds benefit the programming for Special Olympics athletes throughout North Dakota.

Anyone who collects a minimum of $75 in pledges can plunge and receive a shirt. A waiver must be signed by each plunger. Plungers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by parent/guardian. Participate as an individual or as part of a team from your school, office, church or organization.

Go to our web site at http://www.firstgiving.com/SOND and click on the Minot Polar Plunge Registration form link. From there you will be able to form a team, invite your family and friends to join your team, create your own personal Plunge Pledge Donation page and send it out to your contacts!
